Is there any timeline for an official release of an Android SDK? Is it being actively developed?

We are working quite hard indeed! You can follow or progress with early-access (beta) on github: https://github.com/opentok/opentok-android-sdk The first production-ready release candidate is still in the works, but we're tracking for December/January.
