This has now been resolved. We are going to be analyzing the logs to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

So, before we were able to figure out what was causing our servers to go down, something went wrong again. We are currently addressing this problem asap.

We are back up! We will be looking into the issue over the weekend and monday to see what caused it. We are very very sorry for whatever inconvenience it has caused you. We try our very best to make sure that opentok remains as stable as possible.
