Hi,

See the image below. This is a stream that I'm subscribe to via a p2p session.
I was in the session for 4 seconds and always saw the same 'loading' string.

Does this never disappear after a while? Is this consistent (does it still show up on refresh)? Have you tried using a different browser?

It happened only twice on 2 different computers. All other sessions worked fine.
I waited about 4 mins before disconnecting the session, the problem was there for the whole session.

Hi,

Sorry, I don't know what was the session id. I can tel you my API and the hour that I tested it. There are about 20-30 session, it was 2 of them.

It happens for me once with a specific person, then this person saw that as well, while talking with someone else... Don't know if it's related...

If it happen again I'll update you...

A date/time is also needed to pull up information on your session (since a session exists forever).

FYI - I just noticed that I wrote at the initial post: "I was in the session for 4 seconds".
Just to make sure that you know I meant 4 mins.

In this screenshot, you see the remote video. Sometimes it's a 'black' picture, and you don't see the remote video.
Problem initially shown in the last 2 weeks. I never saw it before.
I'll try to get you more session Ids, but most of my testing is with 2 browsers on the same PC, which is not a good indication.
I'll only consider and report a problem when I have a remote server and 2 different PCs.

This problem is most likely not related to the one mentioned above. Are you using the .NET SDK? If so, please upgrade to the latest one (https://github.com/opentok). The "forever loading" screen for the recorder is an indicator that the token you gave is invalid (either expired or not a moderator). Please doublecheck that your SDK is up to date and that your token is a moderator token.
