Report any bugs here, no matter how trivial

Graci - per above.

Is there any way you can find out what Flash version the users who are reporting this are running? We placed a patch in our code that would place the SWF objects onto whole number pixel borders, so this problem shouldn't occur anymore. It could be a separate issue

I am experiencing this issue in the latest versions of FireFox and Safari, however it appears to only be because I am on a retina macbook pro. It works fine on other macs.

We're also experiencing this still - mostly on Firefox 18, with Flash 11.5.502.149, OpenTok JS library v1.1.2. Additionally, when a (non-Retina) external display is connected, the problem doesn't occur - even on the Retina display portion of the desktop, but when it's just the Retina panel with nothing external connected it goes back to being unclickable.

This is a major blocker for us. None of the usual tricks (resizing the window, global settings windows, et al) work.
