Hello.
I need to know what is the standard bandwidth  KB per second while publishing ?

Hi,
Do you mean the video bit rate that we use for publishing?
In the current implementation, once a connection is made, we did an initial bandwidth testing to determine the publisher's upload bandwidth. Then the publisher's video bit rate is determined from that bandwidth. The minimum is 32Kbps and maximum is 192 Kbps, plus (approx.) 20Kbps for audio.

Well thanks for the detailed help. But i mean once the publish has begin (Audio/Video). Lets say for example ive begin publishing Audio and video, how much Kilo bits per second it take from my connection.

It depends on your upload bandwidth. At most, it would take ~ 220Kbps for both audio and video in the current Opentok settings.
