How much control do you have over the server-side?
Currently you need server functionality to enable:
        (1) session ID generation
        (2) token generation
These are both things that can be done in any environment stored and then used. If your use case is the TokBox embed though then there's really no need to change
anything as the TokBox embed found here:
        http://me.tokbox.com/#embed=call
will not be taken down with the April 5th closure.
