has: Bad Network

Seeing this rather cryptic message on the Host screen. Also the Host box is outlined in red.

Searched the forum here but didn't find anything. Any ideas?

This means your host is, er, on a bad network. Try to get on a wired connection with at least 500k up and down.

Thank you.
The owner of the laptop had some sort of Coupon Printer installed that appeared to be the cause of the interference.
