HI opentok,

I implement your API in my site and I got all the time an issues of delay of video and sometimes of voice(that make it unavailable to talk), also sometimes the video not load and I need to get into the page again...

I can't fix nothing because is it in your severs... and maybe its because your sever in arizona and my site in israel?
(I know it depend also about the computer that I make the conversation but its not was the problem)

There is an option to make it closer to here and more faster?

I tried with more then two options of locations in israel and nothing changes.. even in my home I tried with 2 computers(same IP's and different IP's) and I have got the same problem...

Can you give us the session IDs? We have servers in London that you should automatically route to. Is your use case 1 to 1? If it is, then you can try using P2P session ids.
