Increasing Video Resolution

Is it possible to manually increase the video resolution of the publisher? The resolution of the video seems very low. We are streaming from one iPhone5 to one iPad 3 on local lan both directions.

iOS to iOS clients should scale their video quality throughout the duration of a call based on bandwidth and device performance. What kind of resolution are you seeing vs. expectations? Do you have any screenshots that indicate the poor quality?
