Avoiding the MacOS + Chrome 23 audio issue

At MashMeTV one of our engineers, Roendal, got a detector for pepper on Chrome23 and MacOSX so we can show a message to the users that are suffering the issue.

We are sharing it since it might be useful to other tokbox developers.
