We are interested to host a P2P OpenTok solution on a network with no internet access.

Is it possible to host our own session server in the case where the user (and session server) shares the same network but has no internet access? Essentially creating an Offline mode.

Requiring the user to have internet access limits our usage of OpenTok a bit.
