App Crash after CALayerInvalidGeometry Error

Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'CALayerInvalidGeometry',
reason: 'CALayer position contains NaN:

app was working fine on iPad iOS 5.1 + simulator, after updating to iOS 6.1 it crashes each time it detects any stream or publishing own stream.

Development Environment Summary :
iPad iOs 6.1
xCode 4.6 (Latest Update)
iPad/iPhone App Build for 6.1

Unfortunately, the simulator is known to crash like this. Do check to ensure that opentok.bundle is being correctly copied into your app's target, and otherwise stick to running on physical iOS devices. Avoid initializing a publisher instance if you must run in the simulator.

Thnx for the reply.

But, even with publisher initialization it was working completely on iPad version 5.1 (iPad device + simulator).
opentok.bundle is copied correctly.
*Currently i am using basic tutorial provided by OpenTok/iOS Sample.
