I did not call any specific method, when i open the above page with session id and token for publishing and subscribing the video chat.

and i have one more doubt, is this opentok gem support to get the video in linux systems?, i heard this opentok is not support on linux systems, support on windows only is it correct or not?
if it is support to all operating systems, what is the system requirements are needed? please let me know....

Hi, we currently don't 'officially' support linux. However, on a linux system you can just right click, select global settings, and enable opentok.com.

Regarding your error, can you try out our getting started tutorial and let me know if the code there works for you? If not please let me know what the error is.

Raj,

This issue was resolved by updating the ruby gem to the latest available (which removes references to staging) and then updating the URL for the JS library in the script tag (the latest version is <script src='http://static.opentok.com/v1.1/js/TB.min.js'></script>). Besides that, the rest of this thread was about expxerimenting in Linux, which we don't officially support.

Which problem are you having?
