Make sure you're set up to video chat

Tips and tricks to get your computer set up for the best experience.

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash. You can download it here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.
Use a wired connection if possible. Sometimes connectivity can fluctuate if you are not on a wired connection.
Close out Skype or any other program that may be using your webcam. If TokBox does not automatically connect with your webcam, you may need to run through the camera and microphone settings.
Use headphones to eliminate echo. (This is an issue common to all web-based video chat services).
Check microphone sensitivity by running through your computer's preferences.

Also check to see if your computer meets the recommended system requirements.
