Working closely with the VP Marketing, the Online Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing the retention of existing TokBox users through a broad range of online activities.
Email Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns to drive activation and activity of existing users; Manage campaigns from strategy through to execution including pulling/creating lists, developing creative and measuring results
Online Marketing: Maximize paid/natural search traffic, while meeting cost per acquisition targets; Build, run and measure SEM and online ad campaigns; Develop creative campaigns from concept through execution
CRM: Create CRM process; Define lifecycle stages and observable customer actions for each purchase process step; Develop messaging and calls-to-action to deepen customer engagement; Establish offer hierarchy and customer contact rules; Measure success and refine as needed
